Sticks and Stones

Ryne was very excited to make a snowman today. I'll admit, I was pretty excited too! The weather seemed fitting. It was a clear day in the low 30s. Little did I know that the snow was pure powder! Not ideal for snowman-making, that's for sure.

Regardless, we weren't going to let a little snow get in the way of our fun! So, we gathered our supplies: sticks, stones, red ribbon, carrot and top hat and ventured out into the elements. Basically, I tried to gather as much snow as I could and pushed it into a pile. Once Ryne was satisfied, we dressed our snowman and voila! The cutest little snowman you've ever seen!

Ryne loved his snowman and was talking to him and holding his hand. When we were just about frozen solid and ready for hot chocolate, Ryne said "Bye snowman. See you later!" and off we went. Ryne made sure to keep an eye on his new friend from the front window as we were thawing out!
