Ryne had his first school field trip to a local farm for apple picking. I got to come into the classroom with him at drop-off time and watch the opening circle time before we all left for the farm. It was nice to get a glimpse into his school day. Then, I tagged along as we picked our bag of apples, sampled apple cider donuts, listened to a story about apples and sang some songs. We took home a half dozen apple cider donuts to share with Daddy...yummy {they didn't last long}!
