Music To Our Ears!

Ryne finally said "I love you!" The sweetest sound a parent will ever hear...

We've been working on it for a while now, but he just couldn't get the love word down, and it usually went something like this:

Me: Ryne, repeat after Mommy. "I"
Ryne: I
Me: "Love"
Ryne: Mommy!

Me: "I"
Ryne: I
Me: "Love"
Ryne: Daddy

And, sometimes...

Me: "I"
Ryne: I
Me: "Love"
Ryne: Strawberries!

First I tried to get him to say I Love You back in January for Pehr's birthday, then my goal was Valentine's Day. Well, all on his own time I guess. Last night he ran in to see Pehr and I told him Ryne had something to say to him. I think Pehr's heart about melted right there on the spot!
