Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!

It’s still so hard to get used to the fact that pretty much everything in the city is closed for business on Sunday. Stores, pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants, you name it! There are a few restaurants and cafés that stay open, but usually with scaled down hours. There’s also an outdoor market near us that’s open for a short time in the morning which is nice. But otherwise everything closes down shop for the day. So, you’re out of luck if you forget an ingredient for your Sunday meal and you’ll have to suffer through your illness should you get sick on a Sunday – unless of course you plan ahead!
