I always thought it was "Itsy Bitsy Spider" but Ryne got a music CD for his birthday and the song is called "Eensy Weensy Spider." What do you say?

It's likely because someone has the rights to the Itsy Bitsy Spider song, just like someone technically has the rights to the birthday song.
According to Joy's "official" baby board book, It is Itsy Bitsy Spider.
