When I Grow Up...

Pehr and I often wonder what Ryne will be when he grows up. The possibilities are endless, and we would no doubt be proud of him no matter what! Some ideas we’ve thrown around based on his skills and talents at this age:

- Musician or Conductor: Loves music and pumps his arm up and down to the beat. He also loves to dance!

- Fromagier: Loves cheese but is very picky and prefers Gouda!

- Model: Loves looking at himself in the mirror and smiling at the handsome boy that looks back at him. If modeling doesn’t work out…maybe a mirror salesman?

- Electrical Engineer: Loves looking at lights. He’s fascinated by them. If we ask “where’s the pretty light?” he’ll point to it and say “ooohhh”.

- Landscaper: Loves the big green trees! He points to them and gets very excited every time he sees one. If not a landscaper, maybe a professional hiker (is there such a thing)?!

- Doorman: Loves to open and close doors. He can do this for hours. Open and close, open and close. Most likely he would work in NYC…that’s where the big bucks are!

- Dry Cleaner: Loves to watch the clothes being washed/dried in our combo, front-loading machine. There goes that blue sock again!

- Radio DJ: Loves anything with knobs! His love for music would come in handy here too. Or, maybe an old-school telephone operator if those ever make a comeback.

- Taste Tester: Everything goes in his mouth!

- Politician: Loves to talk and has great inflection with his voice. Also very good at speaking using his hands for added emphasis.

- Author: Loves to “read” and be read to.

- Audio Book Voiceover Artist: Would be perfect for combining the previous two talents.
