Nifty Thrifty: Free Coffee from Starbucks
Starbucks and HandsOn Network are partnering to raise one million hours of service across America.
Stop by your local participating Starbucks between Wednesday, Jan 21 - Sunday, Jan 25 and make the pledge to do 5 hours of community service (of your choice) this year. In return, Starbucks will reward you with a free "Tall" (small) cup of brewed coffee ("drip" - nothing fancy) - a $1.79 value.
How it works: Go to the “I’m In” display featuring community pledge cards, pick up the card, and fill it out with your five-hour commitment to volunteer. Place the “I’m In” sticker from the pledge card on your lapel, signifying your pledge, and take the card with you as a reminder to keep the effort going. Get free coffee!
